Cyber Security

If we want to define cyber security, then we can say it is the practice of protecting computer servers ,electronic device etc form malicious attack. We can also name cyber security as Technology security or electronic information security.

And this is 5 different types of cyber security which are application security ,network security, internet of things security, critical infrastructure security and if these are described then we can say as Application software is that measure which we take to protect software application from data and malicious  attack. These types of software are used in business to detect any vulnerability in the software before hackers could find and exploit. To avoid access of hacker we use various cyber security policies  because as we all know that Abundans cartels non nocet( Extreme caution does no harm) . So the tools and techniques that can be put in use our state code analysis ,dynamic application testing, penetration  testing and fuzzing .

And if we  want to define network security then we can say : it prevent the misuse of account illegal access  to user accounts or document and more . Different companies used different network security that is virtual private network (VPN), Fireball end point security ,application security intrusion prevention system( IPS), security information and event management (siem) and access control.

Third type of cyber security if user want to know it then we can detail Cloud Security as the one which protects cloud based  system and data from the malicious attacks. This type of security helps to protect the record of large amount of sensitive information.

Now the fourth type of security we can talk about is critical infrastructure securities .These type of security can mainly be used for the protection of cameras /video surveillance system & firewalls.

Now the fifth security that user can understand is internet of things security(IOT)  these are related to our  smart device which are there in the home, business ,public space . So this security mainly protect the device from the potential cyber fraud mainly these types of security are not known to many user as they are not aware about this kind of security & because of this hacker attack in their system. Mainly the hackers website like darkweb type website try to hack the reputation companies through this they try to effect the economies of countries. Sometimes the hackers are from Enemies countryside which is why they  are supported by the enemies government also and due to this they easily steal the secret information of other countries. 

And as we all know that in today error the importance and dependance of networking sites/ social media has been increased. A  person cannot imagine their life without this. According to survey approx 4000 new Cyber attacks  has been recorded everyday, while  5,60,000 New pieces of Malware are detected everyday & if we talk about India only the 1.3 million cyber attack were reported across India in 2022 .

Because of this Indian government, has introduced many punishment because when a crime is committed their the punishment should be  inflicted( ubi culpa est,ibi paena subesse debet).

So, as per this government introduce many punishment which are implemented as per the (damage fealisant) doing damage. So the  punishment is like for wrongful act (cactus reus)

The fine extending to 5 lakh rupees or 3 years imprisonment or can be both. For Cyber spying section 354d of IPC imprisonment upto 3 years and a fine  .But for  the cyber terrorism it can be even extended to life imprisonment
