Visualize you were the one being tested on , Visualize your skin being turn off alive, Visualize your arms and legs being ripped off while still alive, Visualize being burnt alive even, Visualize losing your life just so you can satisfy other species. Doesn't sound fun, does it? Woe to Humanity, should only a single animal has a seat in the last Judgement.
Humans are pattern seeking story telling animals, and we are quite adapt at telling stories about patterns, whether they exist or not. Many a times we discuss about what is animal abuse, but do you think it is worth discussing you always yes always except and respect yourself your personal hold your being weather or not you do well or not. I do tell you to ask yourself what’s more important mascara or living organism.
They live and breath like us, they have feelings and heart like us, so what makes us better than them? In this beautiful world animals have as much right to live as human being in totally the entire Earth is a common property of all of us. It is our world and it is there world too. Do humans have right, most of you would say Yes do Animals have right, Yes they too have right, Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, 1960 this act enshrines to the establishment of an animal welfare board it’s Constitution, Powers and Function.
The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, 1960 is an act of the Parliament of India enacted in 1960 to prevent infliction of unnecessary pain and sufferings of animals and to amend the laws relating to the prevention of cruelty to animals. The act defines animals as any living creature other than a human being. It prohibits any person from inflicted, causing or permitting unnecessary pain or sufferings to be inflicted on any animal. Th act makes it a crime to beat, kick, torture, mutilate, administer an injurious substance, on cruelly kill an animal.
We have a fundamental duty to have compassion for all living creatures performing a fundamental duty Article 51A(g). To kill any animal including stray animal is a punishable offence under article IPC section 428 and 429. Any person who abuse animals for reason will lead you to imprison for 3 month section 11(1)(i) and (j) of PCA, 1960. When we think of animal abuse you probably just think violence be infected on any animal or leaving it out in cold but remember that they are just of some form of animal abuse. We are making animal fight each other until one of them die while suffering and unbearable , painful death just for entertainment animals are being slaughtered in the most painful way so that people can enjoy a nice delicious mean animals doesn’t exist to be eaten the exist for having a life just as us. Sometime ago in September a doctor in Rajasthan Jodhpur allergy tide a dog to his car and dragged it across the city. Dog had the factual leg and suffered bruises an offence, in India it would currently attract charges under section 428 and 429 of IPC for mischief by killing and maiming animals. Treating animals cruelly is punishable.
